Artist announcement – Poggio

We’re delighted to welcome @paulo_poggio to our Belisa booking family

Originally from Paris, Poggio has been playing all around the capital for 10 years, building a reputation on the French electronic scene.
Having his roots in Reggae, Dancehall and Hip-Hop, his tastes have developed into a style of his own, varying from saturated electro to techno, while retaining an 80’s touch, which brings him back to his first Italo disco loves.
His wide arranged taste in music makes him an allrounder in the booth. Is it either playing a deep warm up and heating up the dancefloor or providing a peak time set, he knows how to read a crowd.

In love with music and always looking to find the latest gem, it is naturally that he set up his label @positivefuturemusic , which highlights the artists he likes. He is a generous man who likes to give when he is behind the booth and his energy is contagious.
